Looks like Dave found a recently telephone poled 68 Road Runner. I though people stopped getting drunk and poling their muscle cars in the 80s!

comments say this was on Craigslist and Ebay for 5k, with the rusted out 1/4s, I find it hard to believe they thought they'd get that much
