there's got to be a story about this car, but reverse image search shows nothing

If this were a Cobra, there'd probably be side pipes, and a badge in front of the door over the side vent hole. It's probably not a Cobra, however, that door shape certainly looks like a Cobra

So, comparing it to this Cobra with a different roof ... Hmmm.
