This knucklehead says it happens now and then... getting hung up trying to get over the dip from street to parking lot. I think he hasn't figured out that this parking lot has two other access points, both of the others are flat.

I saw this, puled in, got out and went over to see if he had some lumber to stick under the tires to drive up onto. Nope. So, he had to wait...
